Fruits & Vegetable 2GO is for those who don't have much time for fruits and veggies, or love tasty mango citrus flavored drinks.

Nutrilite Rhodiola 110: One of My Favorite Things!

This one of my most favorite things by Nutrilite is Rhodiola 110. It's an energy supplement intended to boost physical stamina and and mental focus during workouts. Most often I use it when I just need a boost of energy.

The first time I tried it, I was returning from a conference and was exhausted. For some reason it was my turn to drive. I figured it would be safer if I was awake. I took one (two is the reccomended max) and with in half an hour I felt fully awake. At first I wondered if it was legal, but a look at the nutritional information showed nothing wrong with it.

Double X Supplement: My own experience

Double X vitamins seemed a little too good to be true to me, and there was a man on the box named Kurt Warner (who's visage graces the ten day supply), whom I didn't recognize, or understand, or trust. Still, I had a ten day supply on my hands that I didn't want to waste, and there didn't seem to be anything egregiously wrong with the ingredients list (although the preponderous number of vegetables, fruits, herbs, and things I actually could pronounce was attention grabbing).

With in three days I noticed that I felt more alert and energetic than usual, and some minor knee pain I had been experiencing went away (Nutrilite makes no claims concerning joint health and Double X supplements, so it could have been another factor). Over the following weeks I noticed in my daily workouts that I had more stamina. Over all I felt younger, stronger, and not quite as scatter brained as I'd felt before. I also learned who Kurt Warner is (no the vitamins didn't do that, it was a chance encounter on Youtube).
